2007 Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet is more on the fruity side than the dry side. This is a smooth, full wine with subtle plum aromas  it dispels the notion that Cabernet Sauvignon is always very dry. Hints of basil and thyme, prunes and fig membrillo. Recalls gorgeous dinners in oak paneled rooms with the fine china on the table. This wine pairs well with roast lamb, pork tenderloin and hardy green vegetables.

2008 Merlot
A very ripe, easy to drink wine with aromas of flint, anise and prune. Smooth on the tongue, low acid, with flavors of blackberries, raspberry jam, clove and cardamom. This wine will go from the appetizer course, through the entrée and into dessert without a hitch  if you can make the bottle last that long! Pairs well with a variety of food, including spicy curries and chocolate desserts.

2008 Cabernet Franc
This Cabernet Franc tastes like shooting stars, with a wonderful trio of violet, lavender and lilac flavors around black and purple fruits.

Turkish fig, plums, touch of sea salt, raspberry, ginger, and sweet cigar. This wine pairs well with lamb, Greek dishes, and pasta.

Woddy Creek s Red Wine has hints of raspberry, vanilla, Marlboro Reds, mahogany, cocoa powder, black current, with a velvety feel in your mouth. This wine pairs well with red meat and spicy dishes.
